Have you dreamed of publishing a book, but don't know where to begin?

Does the idea of finding a book agent and publisher feel overwhelming?

Does writing a marketing plan and asking for book endorsements seem
daunting?

Would you like expert advice and practical strategies to
publish a book, without wasting your time or money?

What I hear most often from potential authors is:

I have a book idea and I know it'd be a big hit. But I have no idea how to make it happen.

I'm not a business person. I'm a writer and an artist. I don't want to deal with the publishing world, yet I know I have to if I want to publish my book.

There are so many options out there...self-publish, publishing house, print-on-demand...what do they mean and which is right for me?

I know that having a marketing strategy is important, but where do I start?

If you're like many of my clients, you're wondering how to actually publish a book. Yet you have little time to sit down and research what it entails. At this point, you want to talk to someone who understands the process of publishing a book and can help you walk through it effectively and efficiently.

So why should you invest your precious time, money and resources in learning the publishing process? With my course, you will:

1. Learn the steps to publishing a book in only 10 classes
2. Save time by following a systematic course, instead of trying to
figure it out yourself
3. Save money by using our resources, instead of resources that don't
actually help you
4. Understand how to capture an agent's attention with a well-written book proposal
5. Learn how to get noticed by the publishers you want, giving you an edge when negotiating a publishing contract
6. Determine who to target for big name book endorsements and how to grab their attention
7. Create an action plan and a structure for sticking to that action plan

By following each step in my tested system, I can help you learn how to successfully publish a book without wasting your time or money. I will:

  • Get you started with a strategy, based on your unique set of conditions.
  • Help you develop a research-based plan of action and set priorities.
  • Keep you on track and motivated, with expert advice every step of the way until the plan is successfully executed.
  • Help you develop and implement a cost effective marketing and PR plan to gain exposure, improve market share and maximize your market position.

Why Anne's program?

My first book "A Manager's Guide to Coaching: Simple and Effective Ways to Get the Best Out of Your Employees" was published by the American Management Association in March 2008. People are amazed that it only took me, and my co-author Brian Emerson, 6 months to start the idea, find an agent, find a publisher and write the 200-page manuscript, since normally this process can take 12-18 months. In fact, so many people have asked me about the details, that I decided to create a package for writers who want to be published. The package will include 10 hours of coaching and consultation on topics such as: how to find an agent, how to find a publisher, how to get book endorsements and much more.

It doesn't matter if you want to publish a business book or a creative book. And even if you are just beginning to think about writing a book, you would benefit from my course. I made a lot of mistakes along the way; taking this course could help you save time and money in your own process.

The course includes:

  • Ten hours of 1:1 phone coaching and consultation (IM or Skype for international clients), to be completed in five or six months, as per the client's schedule
  • Templates for book proposal, marketing plan, endorsement requests and more
  • Development of book strategy, priorities and action plans
